How many videos are in each module?

Each week you will watch 5-7 short videos. The videos become available on Sunday. You can watch them at your convenience throughout the week. 

How long are the videos?

Each video is anywhere from 5-30 minutes in length. Not ALL videos may apply to you and if you feel a video has information you don’t need, it’s ok to skip.

What is the time commitment?

It will take you approximately 2 hours each week to complete the videos, and any ‘ homework’ added in the modules. In addition to the videos there are coaching sessions that are ½ hour in length. You will receive a link to my calendar to sign up for those.

Can the course be done from a computer, smartphone, or iPad?

Yes, the course can be completed from any sort of device, however, I  recommend using a laptop or desktop computer—its just easier to see the slides and the videos.

Can you please explain the coaching hours?

Each week at specified times, you will get the opportunity to ask questions, discuss any issues holding you back and get the coaching you need. I may also share additional information about the topics that you are covering that week—especially if it pertains to you. You are welcome to drop your questions in the chat section on the Zoom meeting just ask during the session. This can be a great time to connect with fellow coaching clients, share stories and wins, and also get your questions answered. I will record these sessions on Zoom and make the recording of office hours will be made available within 24 hours of the meeting ending. If you’d like private coaching sessions, these are available as a package to purchase.

What if I have questions but can’t attend the coaching sessions?

You may always send an email with your questions and I will answer them as soon as possible. Please be aware that I may not always be able to provide an ‘instant’ answer, due to my schedule, traveling, time constraints or the fact that I may need to research your answer.

What if I don’t like the foods/recipes in the meal plans?

You may access other meal plans on my site and choose the ones that you like best. Simply look under the “Recipes” tab and scroll down to “Meal Plans” and click through to find your favorites. Or feel free to utilize any of the recipes that are on my site. All are fat-burning, low-carb, no grain, and omit common allergens such as gluten, soy, dairy and corn. All recipes use whole foods and NO junk. And all have been created, tested and adapted by me in my kitchen and judged by food critics–my family. 🙂

How do I order supplements through you? Does it cost less than going to the store?

You may order the supplements I recommend through an online ordering portal. Each client will receive a personalized, unique list of supplement recommendations from me as a part of your coaching membership package. These supplements are all high quality, medical grade supplements–many of them only available to medical professionals. Members will get a link to the portal, where you will see your recommendations and ordering form. You will get up to a 10-35% discount off retail prices, with free shipping when ordering through me.
