In this one hour consultation, we will dive deep into your current health status, your health complaints, and come up with a very specific plan for you. This comprehensive plan will look at dietary modifications, supplements if needed, how to optimize your hormones and help you improve your physical, mental and emotional health. 

What can I expect? 

This is a comprehensive consultation covering your medical history, symptoms and an in-depth discussion on the root causes of your health issues, and a comprehensive plan of action.

I do not guess at your health. I will ask you to complete a comprehensive questionnaire covering your health and medical history, along with specific questions that help me to zero on your best plan of action. 

I would also like to have recent lab work that includes a full CBC, metabolic panel, lipid panel, and a thyroid panel, along with hormone levels—estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. DHEA and cortisol levels are also helpful. 

I do not consider the consultation complete, however, without being able to dive deep into your health history and lab work and take a close look at the signals your body is sending. And I want to hear from you–how you are feeling, what works, what hasn’t worked, what you think you need.

The In-depth consultation includes two bi-weekly coaching sessions to help you stay on track.

We will discuss solutions for every part of your mental, emotional and physical health you may need help with. This plan helps you get on track with your health and stay on track!
